PS: à l'époque en interne ils en avaient discuté et décidé que "mon" était plus proche de la prononciation japonaise que "monne". L'animé n'était pas encore sorti et Nintendo n'avait donné aucune consigne.

@fenarinarsa Ce qui n’est pas faux, vu qu’à force d’écouter du japonais, j’ai bien capté que “ん/ン” se prononçait comme quand on fait un bruit nasal (“hn !”), et pas du tout un N bien “ène” (d’où mes râleries quand j’entendais dire “Kyonne” dans les critiques animes de “Haruhi”, quand la VO ne prononçait pas du tout “キョン” comme ça, et que la VF ne s’y était pas trompée).

I finally got a Gameboy Color, and obviously needed Pokemon (the other thing I would need would be Shantae, which - yes - is basically a demoscene production by way of Paragon 5 ) and they only had it in French. Which is fine, because it's simple enough that I could play in French, Spanish, or German. I'm not sure I could handle Italian but then I don't really have a clue about Italian, other than it "technically" being a dialect of a language that French is also a dialect of.

Basque - um no.

and sadly it was never made in Finnish wait is there a rom that someone hacked that is Finnish? I should find out. I did find a Chrono Trigger rom that was in Finnish (hacked.) Not sure how good it is but you know I should... find out.
